Hoffenheim VS. Paderborn – Friday, 7:30pm
High-flying Hoffenheim will be looking to extend their winning run in the Bundesliga to four games when they host Paderborn at Pre zero arena on Friday evening. Alfred Schreuder’s troops are going to stick to their attacking style of play against Paderborn. A man to keep an eye on is Andrej Kramaric of Hoffenheim who has found his goal-scoring touch of late. Paderborn on the other hand recorded their first win of the season at the weekend beating Fortuna Dusseldorf in front of their home fans. The newcomers have been good away travelers and I don’t they are capable to spoil Hoffenheim’s party. It’s going to be a straight win for the home team.
Hoffenheim 3: Paderborn 0
Bayern Leverkusen VS. Monchengladbach – Saturday, 2:30pm
Bay Arena will host the league leaders. Bayern Leverkusen aim to put an end to their three games winless run in the Bundesliga by beating Monchengladbach. A close encounter this game will be. Bayern Leverkusen defenders should keep close eye on summer signing Marcus Thurman. I tipped Bayern Leverkusen to win this game because of the home advantage.
Bayern Leverkusen 2: Monchengladbach 1
Borussia Dortmund VS. Wolfsburg – Saturday, 2:30pm
Borussia Dortmund and Wolfsburg face each other at the Signal-Iduna-Park in what is expected to be one of the most entertaining encounters. Dortmund heads into this game following a goalless draw in the Ruhr derby and are determined to return to winning ways in the Bundesliga. Marco Reus, Jadon Sancho and Palco Alcacer are the men to watch in this game for Dortmund. Wolves on the other hand failed to impress in a goalless draw game with Augsburg. Since they are vulnerable in front of goal, I fancy Dortmund to carry the day.
Dortmund 3: Wolfsburg 0
Eintracht Frankfurt VS. Bayern Munich – Saturday, 2:30pm
All eyes will be on Commerzbank-Arena when Frankfurt host Niko Kovac’s side Bayern Munich the defending champions on Saturday afternoon. Frankfurt are having their ups and downs but they produce3 much better results at home. Bayern Munich failed to impress in previous games against Hoffeinham, Augsburg and newcomers Union Berlin. In-form striker Robert Lewandowski and the Philippe Countinho will definitely pose a big threat to the Frankfurt defenders. Whiles the Bavarian backline should keep an eye on Goncalo Paciencia. Am backing Bayern Munich to win this game.
Eintracht Frankfurt 1: Bayern Munich 3
Leipzig VS. Mainz 05 – Saturday, 2:30pm
Leipzig will be aiming to bounce back from a 2-1 loss to Freiburg when they host Mainz at their favorite Red Bull Arena. Leipzig started the season on a bright note but have dipped in form. The men to watch for the home team are Timo Werner, Emil Forsberg, Lookman and Nkunku. On the other hand Mainz outplayed Koln in a 3-1 win in front of their fans but they have not been good away travelers and in terms of player to player Leipzig have the men to cause the damage. My money will be on Nigelsman boys to win this game.
Leipzig 3: Mainz 1
Werder Bremen VS. Freiburg – Saturday, 2:30pm
After failing to win previous five league fixtures Werder Bremen will be aiming to win against Freiburg at their at own backyard on Saturday afternoon. Die Werderandrer have been struggling of late with the team conceding ten league goals in five league fixtures. Freiburg on the hand have been producing wonderful performances under Christian Streich and as a result they are 3rd on the German Bundesliga. Freiburg last week prove their worth against Leipzig by shocking by 2 goals to 1 and are capable of beating out of form Werder Bremen at their own backyard. A man to watch on the part of Freiburg is Luca Waldschmidt the German rising star. Freiburg are eyeing their first at Weserstaeion stadium since 2016. I will not be surprised should this game end in a draw.
Werder Bremen 1: Freiburg 1
Union Berlin VS. Hertha Berlin Saturday, 5:30pm
Stadio An der Alten will host derby between Union Berlin and Hertha Berlin. The newcomers produced a nice display in a 2-1 loss at Bayern Munich and will looking to build on the performance when they take Hertha Berlin. On the other hand, Hertha experienced all sort of problems at the back in a 3-2 home loss to Hoffenheim at the weekend. I will not be surprised to see this match to end in a draw.
Union Berlin 1: Hertha 1
Fortuna Düsseldorf VS. Köln – Sunday 2:00pm
Fortuna Düsseldorf recorded only one win in previous 8 league fixtures and as a result, they sit in the danger zone in the Bundesliga standings. Friedhelm Funkel’s do not seem to be on top of their game at the moment but since the billy goat are not regarded as good travelers and have been struggling at the back this season. I think the host is going to grab something this time you should know that the two teams face each other in the Bundesliga for the first time since 1997.
Fortuna Düsseldorf 1: Köln 0
Augsburg VS. Schalke Sunday 5:00pm
Augsburg have been showing signs of improvement off late after holding reigning champions, Bayern Munich to a 2-2 draw. Augsburg are determine to beats the odds and secure yet another Bundesliga survival. Since the visitors have struggling in front of goals in recent weeks, the host are capable of making life difficult for them. I tip a goalless draw this game.
Augsburg 0: Schalke 0
