Norwich VS. Watford – Friday 20:00
Both teams are struggling and it’s a must-win game for them. Watford are missing their superstar Troy Deeney and are yet to win a game this season. The Norwich style of play will suit Watford. In terms of Player for Player and squad quality Watford stands tall. I will not be surprised to see Watford winning this game
Norwich 1: Watford 2
Chelsea VS. Crystal Palace – Saturday 12:30
Roy Hodgson has done a better job this season and his side Crystal Palace are a better side playing away from home. Gary Cahill has improved them, Wilfred Zaha likes to turn up against the top six sides and can Jordan Ayew make it 5goals this season. He has scored man united and Arsenal this season let’s see if he can put the ball at the back of net for Chelsea. On the side of Chelsea, Tammy Abraham is a bit cold and not getting into the areas that matter as such but Willian has been playing well. Chelsea will get over the line but it will be a tight one.
Chelsea 2: Crystal Palace 1
Burnley VS. West Ham – Saturday 15:00
Both teams are unpredictable. I thought Burnley were getting back to their old ways but they took a beating at Sheffield United. Their defenders have a lot to do. On the other hand west Ham have a talented side but Manuel Lazini and Felipe Anderson have not produced thus far. Robert Snodgrass has been their best player so far. They need to supply Sebastien Haller and they could get somewhere. It’s not going to be an easy game for both teams. I will not be surprised to see a scoring draw.
Burnley 1: West Ham 1
Newcastle VS. Bournemouth – Saturday 15:00
Steve Bruce likes to play attacking football, but he cannot do so with this team. Jonjo Shelvey is back in the team, Saint-maxim very talented and skillful but he is unpredictable. On the side of Bournemouth they can go anywhere and play well. They’re very dangerous side. Newcastle Defenders should keep an eye on Josh King and Callum Wilson. I foresee this game to end in a scoring draw.
Newcastle 1: Bournemouth 1
Southampton VS. Everton – Saturday 15:00
Southampton have not played badly in the two games against Man city for which they gained credibility. Whereas Everton are still so vulnerable away from home. This could be Everton’s manager Marco Silva’s last game if he loses. Everton are blessed with talents but the problem is their defense. On the other hand Danny Ings and Nathan Redmond of Southampton will be a threat to Marco Silva’s side. Both teams should score goals with the vulnerable opposing defenses but I will not be surprised if this game should end in a scoring draw.
Southampton 1: Everton 1
Tottenham VS. Sheffield United – Saturday 15:00
Tottenham could have snatched all the three points against Everton but threw it away. Mauricio Pochetino decisions is quite worrying for Tottenham players. He likes rotating the Players and has disrupted something which was solid for three season. On the other hand Chris wilders Sheffield United battered Burnley and they played superbly. They squeeze together, drop off together, and this style of football upsets the rhythm of the bigger teams. I expect them to frustrate and Unsettle Tottenham but a narrow win for Tottenham will do.
Tottenham 1: Sheffield United 0
Leicester VS. Arsenal – Saturday 17:30
It is a very good Leicester team at the moment. Brendan Rodgers has earned praise for a good work done so far. Jamie Vardy scoring and James Maddison has been great. The Leicester side are much better to watch. They have pace, balance and are technically good. On other hand Granit Xhaka of Arsenal is no longer the captain. Unai Emery needs to do a couple of changes in his set up. Lucas Torreira and Mesut Ozil must start this game for Arsenal. I will not be surprised to see goals in this fixture.
Leicester 3: Arsenal 2
Wolverhampton VS. Aston Villa – Sunday 14:00
It is a Sunday and this is going to be a great game, Aston villa are open and expansive team. They played very well against Liverpool and should have got something out of it. Villa really deserved something from that game but always making mistakes. I think Wolves front two will be much for them to contain. Raul Jimenez and Diogo Jota are great players. So I think they will edge this one.
Wolves 2: Aston Villa 1
Manchester United VS. Brighton – Sunday 14:00
These are the games that matter for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and you to win these games to think about top four again. Brighton are more attacking minded under Graham Potter than they have ever been before, so then this becomes an open game. The blistering pace of Marcus Rashford, Daniel James and Anthony Martial will cause problems for the Brighton defense. Man united looks favorite and I expect them to win this game.
Manchester United 3: Brighton 0
Liverpool VS. Manchester City – Sunday 16:30
This is the game of games. City cannot afford to lose it or it will be a game over for them in terms of challenging for the title. Man city weakness in defense will add to the game. Guardiola’s side will not sit back. They will attack and you can only see goals in this game. Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino were way off it last week, with Sadio Mane carrying the front three and grabbing the match winner. Liverpool are vulnerable in defensively and as not been as good as last year but will be fairly happy with a point as it keeps everything going and ticking along. This game could go either and it’s going to be a difficult one to predict. A scoring draw will do.
Liverpool 2: Man City 2
